Economically priced laboratory balances
usually do not come with enough equipment.
More expensive models, on the other hand,
often include features that are never used.
When you buy a balance today, you may not
know what demands will be made on it
tomorrow. That's why you need a balance
that can adapt to your requirements. Sartorius Element Lab Scales are entry-level balances
for the laboratory, designed for multifaceted
and changing needs. The option of
using high-capacity batteries means you can
operate the balance independently of a power
supply or in a stationary installation. Clear
operator guidance features make it easy to
adapt the balance to different applications.
And if the balance needs to be connected
to a computer at some later stage, an interface
port can be simply plugged into the
back panel.

Test and calibration weight for all ELT models: extensive range of weights, optionally with DKD certificate, available on request.
Features
 |
The Sartorius Element can
even perform density
determination with below balance
weighing. Other
programs, such as counting,
weighing in percent,
totalizing and display
lock mode, can be easily
selected. Results can be
viewed in 14 different
weight units. |
 |
Calibrating the balance is especially easy –
just one key is all it takes. What’s more, many
Element models come with calibration
weights stored in the housing. The calibration
value is selectable, so available weights with
a different load can be used. |
 |
Clear allocation of functions to keys and
easy-to-understand symbols enable intuitive
operation. The large, white backlit display is
exceptionally easy to read. All models include a level indicator and adjustable feet as
standard features, for optimal adjustment to
the place of installation. |
 |
 |
The high-performance ELT103 balance
enables highly accurate measurements with
a readability of 1 mg. The glass draft shield
ensures stable results every time. |
A data interface can be retrofitted to the
balance at any time. If the need for data
transfer capabilities does not arise until long
after the balance has been purchased, an
interface can be ordered separately and
installed by the user. |
 |
|
With eight high-capacity 1.5 V batteries in
the battery compartment, lengthy measurement
series can be performed outside the
lab at any time. The hook for below-balance
weighing is protected by a plastic cover on
the bottom of the balance. |

Sartorius YDP20-0CE Statistical Printer

|
The YDP20-0CE data printer is designed to receive
weighing data from a connected weighing instrument
and print it on plain paper (roll width:
57.5 mm), with up to 24 characters per line.
The data printer is equipped with a real-time clock.
After the printer has been configured according to
the required settings, it is suitable for use as auxiliary
apparatus in legal metrology. The following can be computed/printed out:
- Number of weighing operations
- Mean value
- Standard deviation
- Variation coefficient
- Minimum value/weight
- Maximum value/weight
- Difference between the maximum and minimum value/weight
The YDP20-0CE data printer meets the quality standards
of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, in
compliance with the requirements of GLP (Good Laboratory
Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
In addition to recording individual weighing data, the
data printer can generate a statistical evaluation of
weighing data. All values transferred from an on-line
weighing instrument are stored. The following can be
printed out, depending on your printer configuration:
? Number of weighing operations
? Mean value
? Standard deviation
? Variation coefficient
? Lowest measured value
? Highest measured value
? Difference between lowest and highest measured values
? Date and time
Data is transferred either automatically or manually, at
the press of a key. |
